Inaugural, harmonious, impressive.
This is Township 7's second vintage of Pinot Noir. It is made from grapes grown in the organic/biodynamic Sperling Vineyard in Kelowna, and was aged primarily in older oak barrels.
It has a spicy character, which is underscored by rhubarb and leather, violets and cherries, cedar chips and star anise. The palate is supple on the entry, is finely woven with impressive concentration and juicy fruit. Harmonious from start to finish.
